You have done the gym, or the surgery, you look and feel like yourself again, but as we are a certain age, we have lost elasticity, in some areas… this is where
Polynucleotide’s can help you to get your elasticity and suppleness back… with
Polynucleotides are tiny fragments of DNA and RNA building blocks that help your skin repair and regenerate itself. Think of them as a “skin healing and repair treatment” rather than a filler.
Simple Explanation
Imagine your skin is like a lawn that has become dry, damaged, and patchy over time. Polynucleotides act like a high-quality fertilizer that helps the lawn repair itself, grow healthier, and retain moisture.
Unlike dermal fillers, they do not add volume. Instead, they improve the quality of the skin from within.
What Do Polynucleotides Do?
They help:
✅ Stimulate collagen and elastin production
✅ Improve skin hydration
✅ Reduce fine lines and crepey skin
✅ Improve skin texture and elasticity
✅ Calm inflammation and support healing
✅ Brighten tired-looking skin
Areas That Can Be Treated
* Face
* Under-eye area
* Neck
* Décolletage (chest)
* Hands
* Acne scars
* Body
What Are They Made From?
Most polynucleotide products are derived from purified salmon DNA. The DNA is highly processed and purified, making it biocompatible with human skin.
What Results Can Clients Expect?
After a course of treatments, clients often notice:
* More hydrated, glowing skin
* Firmer skin
* Softer fine lines
* Improved skin texture
* Fresher under-eye appearance
Results develop gradually over several weeks as the skin repairs itself.
How Many Treatments Are Needed?
Most people need:
* 2–4 treatments
* 2–4 weeks apart
Maintenance treatments are usually recommended every 6–12 months.
Polynucleotides vs Skin Boosters
* Skin boosters (such as Profhilo) mainly focus on hydration.
* Polynucleotides focus on skin repair, regeneration, and collagen stimulation.
* Many practitioners combine both treatments for optimal skin rejuvenation.

Lymphatic taping for a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)
Lymphatic taping for a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) involves applying elastic kinesiology tape (like KT or Easytape) in specific fan-shaped or criss-cross patterns across your abdomen. This technique gently lifts the skin, creating space underneath to improve lymph flow, reduce post-op swelling, prevent fluid buildup, and minimize scar tissue (fibrosis).
Why Taping is Used?
Decompression: It elevates the skin, opening the anchoring filaments of your lymphatic vessels to drain excess interstitial fluid.
Shape Retention: It helps retract loose skin and prevents the hardening of tissue that can cause indentations or a “fibrous” feel.
Continuous Support: Unlike manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), which is done during specific sessions, taping works 24/7 in between your treatments.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised therapy that focuses on the body’s most important cleaning and defense network. While it is incredibly gentle, the impact it has on your recovery and overall health is significant.
For Pre & Post Surgery
If you are planning Cosmetic Surgery or General Surgery, MLD should be a non-negotiable part of your aftercare. Surgery causes a huge “traffic jam” of fluid in the tissues. MLD helps clear that congestion quickly, preventing the formation of painful, hard lumps (fibrosis) and ensuring your skin settles beautifully.
Managing Inflammation & Autoimmunity
Living with Autoimmune conditions or Endometriosis often means dealing with constant “internal heat” and puffiness. MLD gently encourages the removal of inflammatory markers, helping to de-puff the “Endo-belly” and calm your nervous system when you’re feeling overwhelmed by a flare.
Wellness & Immunity
The lymphatic system is the body’s primary filtration network.
MLD assists in the efficient removal of metabolic waste and environmental toxins.
Or Sometimes we just feel heavy, sluggish, or “stuck.” By supporting your natural drainage pathways, MLD acts as an internal reset—clearing out waste, reducing water retention, and helping you feel lighter and more energised.
At the end of the day, MLD is about giving your body the support it needs to do what it does best: heal and maintain balance.
we provide a bespoke your treatment especially for you.

How Cupping can alleviate tightness in your IT Band. And the possibility your hip, knee and plantar are suffering because of this…
Impact of a Tight IT Band
A tight iliotibial (IT) band can significantly affect your body:
• Hip:
• Alters mechanics and reduces flexibility, leading to discomfort and difficulty with movement.
• Knee:
• Increases friction, which can cause pain on the outer knee and affect joint stability during activities.
• Plantar Fascia:
• Alters foot mechanics, potentially leading to increased strain and conditions like plantar fasciitis.
Benefits of Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy can help alleviate these issues by:
• Increasing Blood Flow: Enhances circulation to promote healing in tight areas.
• Releasing Muscle Tension: Alleviates tightness in the IT band and surrounding muscles.
• Providing Pain Relief: Stimulates endorphin release for natural pain management.
• Reducing Inflammation: Promotes lymphatic drainage to decrease swelling.
• Improving Flexibility: Increases range of motion, benefiting overall mobility.
The body works as a whole… therefore when you’re feeling pain or discomfort in one part of the body, the causation, could be coming from somewhere else.

In my experience, human hands offer distinct advantages over machines in massage therapy due to their sensitivity and adaptability. I can detect subtle variations in muscle tension and respond with precision, tailoring my techniques to each individual’s unique needs. This personalized approach is guided by intuition, allowing me to provide holistic and effective treatments that machines simply can’t replicate.
Moreover, the emotional connection fostered through human touch enhances the therapeutic experience, promoting relaxation and trust.
In essence, I believe the human touch provides a comprehensive and deeply connected approach to massage, elevating the practice beyond the capabilities of mechanical devices.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage a Whole-Person Approach: Holistic healing emphasizes treating the individual as a complete entity rather than just focusing on isolated symptoms or conditions. This perspective allows practitioners to identify and address underlying factors contributing to lymphatic dysfunction, such as lifestyle, emotional stress, and overall health. By doing so, MLD can lead to more comprehensive and lasting treatment outcomes, promoting overall wellness rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
Integration of Body Systems: The lymphatic system does not operate independently; it is intricately connected to other bodily systems such as the circulatory, immune, and nervous systems. Holistic healing recognizes these interconnections and ensures that MLD supports the harmonious functioning of these systems. This integration promotes overall health and helps prevent issues that may arise from imbalances or dysfunctions in these interconnected systems.
Hence why I never treat part, of the person in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. It’s only a short term fix.

How Does Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Aid Hormonal Imbalances?
During Perimenopause and Menopause hormonal changes can impact the lymphatic system, leading to water retention, swelling, and fatigue.
What is the Lymphatic System?
The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and nodes that circulate lymph fluid, a clear fluid containing white blood cells, throughout the body. This system helps remove waste products, toxins, and excess fluid from tissues. During perimenopause & menopause, hormonal changes can slow down the lymphatic system’s efficiency, leading to fluid retention and other symptoms.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a powerful technique that can stimulate lymphatic flow, helping to alleviate these symptoms and enhance overall well-being. MLD uses gentle, rhythmic hand movements to stimulate the lymph vessels and encourage the flow of lymph fluid, promoting drainage and detoxification.
The highlights of MDL…
- Reduces Swelling:Encourages lymph movement, alleviating puffiness in legs, feet, and hands.
- Supports Detox: Aids in removing toxins for better health.
- Eases Fatigue:Boosts circulation and energy levels by improving lymphatic flow.
- Promotes Relaxation: Offers calming benefits, perfect for stressful times.
- Enhances Skin Health: Improves skin appearance by delivering vital nutrients.
