At Derehoboth, we firmly believed in the uniqueness of each individual. No two people on the face of the earth are alike; their fingerprints, lip prints, and voice prints are all distinct. Even the smallest elements of nature, like blades of grass or snowflakes, exhibit their own singular characteristics. This belief in individuality extended to our understanding of health and nutrition.

Because we perceived every person as inherently different from one another, we found it illogical to assume they should all consume the same foods. It became evident to us that since each individual resides in a unique body with distinct strengths, weaknesses, and nutritional requirements, the key to maintaining health or curing illness lies in accommodating to those specific needs.
