After three inspiring days at our L’Oréal PPD NCM in London Gateway, i’m heading home feeling incredibly grateful, proud, and motivated.
Last night I was genuinely honoured to receive the 2025 PPD Star Award at our Field Team Awards — and equally humbled to be nominated for Commercial Business Partner of the Year across the UKI team.
What made this recognition so meaningful is that it reflects the things I value most in my work: building strong relationships, showing up with a hands-on mindset, collaborating across teams, and supporting salon partners with practical, commercial solutions that drive sustainable growth.
These moments are never about one individual. They’re about trust, teamwork, shared ambition, and being surrounded by people you can pass the ball to, who challenge and inspire you to raise the bar every day. I’m incredibly thankful to my colleagues, leaders, and salon partners for the support, feedback, and belief along the way.
A huge thank you to L’Oréal PPD for an energising few days of connection, celebration, and inspiration — and for creating an environment where passion, positivity, and a can-do attitude are recognised.
Feeling proud. Feeling motivated. And excited for what’s next — looking forward to working together again in 2026 with this incredible team to deliver another year of true impact together.
