What a great first week back we had last week. Can I please remind ALL clients that masks are mandatory once you enter the salon.
We will be following our governments guidelines until we are all safe.

We are so excited to welcome you all back to Headmasters Hair Salon.
While we are keen not to lose the Salon Experience the safety of our staff and clients must now be our top priority. We hope by communicating our procedures clearly with you, you will feel safe coming back to see us again.
Please take a moment to read through our guidelines.
Please arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are too early you may need to wait outside until we call you. Unfortunately if you are late we may not be able to accommodate you and you may need to reschedule for another time.
We have invested a considerable expense in preparing our salon for a safe return once again so please follow our guidelines
We will be operating BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
If you can't make your appointment please call us as soon as possible or call at least 24 hours beforehand so we can work with you to rearrange another date and time suitable for you.
If we run over with time we will contact you to advise of a delay.
Please arrive to the salon alone. Our numbers allowed into the salon are currently restricted so please do not bring children to the appointment with you.
Please only bring your necessary personal belongings.
For the moment there will be no tea, coffee, magazines available but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you wish.
Upon entering the salon all clients will be asked to sanitise their hands and fill out our safety questionnaire.
ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK and continue to do so for the full duration of their visit.
Your stylist will be wearing a mask and exercising hand hygiene. There will be sanitizing stations all over the salon.
We can't wait to catch up with you, but we will minimize all chat when shampooing at the basin while your stylist is in close face to face contact with you.
All sections and equipment will be fully sanitized after each and every use.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
We will do our very best to ensure your visit to us is as smooth, safe and enjoyable as possible. We do anticipate some initial delays and hiccups at the start but we promise you that we will do our very best for you.
We are very lucky to have a spacious salon and floor space so we can offer social distancing in all circumstances.
