Today was about taking time away from the treatment rooms to reconnect, reflect and celebrate the incredible women behind Namaste.

We may be a small team, but we are certainly a mighty one — talented, passionate, supportive and each bringing something very special to our Namaste Tribe. 🤍

We started our morning with a beautiful gentle reformer class with Dolce at Glow Pilates — the perfect way to bring some movement and flow into the body.

Then it was over the bridge to The Buttery Restaurant Limerick for a delicious breakfast… accompanied by some very thoughtful Mimosas 🥂 A very good start to a Tuesday!

Back at the clinic, we spent the afternoon team building, brainstorming, planning and preparing for something very exciting launching in the coming weeks… 🤫✨

I’m incredibly grateful for the honesty, vulnerability and support the team brought to the day. Creating space to share ideas, listen to one another and plan the next chapter of Namaste together felt really special.

We finished with a gorgeous dinner at The Curragower Bar — great food, a beautiful atmosphere and plenty of laughs.

I couldn’t be prouder of the women I work alongside. You reminded me again today that Namaste is so much more than a clinic — it is the people within it, and the kind, talented and gorgeous women who make our little tribe what it is. 🤍

We missed our lovely Fay, who had the very important job of celebrating her 21st birthday in London! 🥂 We’ll just have to do it all over again when she’s back…
