Thank you to everyone who has come through our doors since we reopened June 8th .
We appreciate everyone who embraced the new normal as we call it and worked with us as we try to keep you all safe as we can ❤️

We have been having an extremely high amount of telephone orders since we came back , we do apologise to all we have missed and have had to call several times to get us .

Thank you for bearing with us as we tried to help all the salons and therapists get their stock for Monday , we appreciate your patience very much

Our hours for next week are changed to the following : Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
Saturday/Sunday CLOSED



Thank you again to all for your support and custom and we would like to wish all our customers a very successful and safe transition returning to your work .

Salon services Ballysimon is delighted to announce the reopening of our store on Monday June 8th @9 am .

We will be reopening the store while practicing social distancing as per HSE guidelines.

Our staff will be happy to take telephone orders and courier service will be available also .

We have adjusted our opening hours for the moment and will be opened from Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm each day .

We look forward to welcoming all our customers both old and new .

As per HSE advise we must close our doors from 3pm today 😔

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their custom and trade during this hard time .

We have a limited amount of sanitiser and aloe Vera for sale in store.

Social distancing is in place so please no more than TWO people in the waiting area please at one time as we want to keep eveyone safe .

Just a small update on our opening hours for next week ..❤️

On a very positive note we are delighted to say we will continue to be open next week ,with only some minor changes to opening times .

We will be open Monday - Friday 9am to 3pm
Daily ..

We will be closed at weekends including this Sunday coming .

As said before telephone orders are still very welcome and we are still offering next day delivery through our Fastway couriers If ordered by 1pm.

On another positive note 📝 Our social distancing method in store is working amazing in store , we have strict methods in place keeping customers and staff at least 1 metre apart for their safety and thankfully this is not affecting our customers getting their essential hair and beauty items .

We respectfully ask that only customers who are wishing to purchase items enter the store , this is as we have a non browsing method in place and are trying our very best to protect every individual person ❤️

Salon Services Ballysimon would like to address the following measures we are putting in place to protect all our customers and comply with HSE guidelines to prevent any spread of COVID 19.

We are implying a non browsing system in store, which will be in place from tomoorow.

This means our store is sectioned off and customers wishing to purchase items can either ask an assistant to get them for you or give them your list.

Telephone orders are very welcome and we will happily put your order through before you call with your bank card or pay with card or cash upon your arrival.

Our Fastway couriers are still in full operation and next day delivery is still available if ordered before 1pm.

As we are all unsure of things day to day presently we will absoloutly inform our customers of any updates in the coming future.

We would like to take this oportunity to thank every single one of our loyal customers and patrons for their continued custom and support in this unsure time.
