The Brow Fairy

Hello everyone and I hope you are all doing ok in this never ending lockdown 🧚‍♀️

I haven’t been very active online in terms of work and when the salon would reopen as like everyone I really didn’t know but after last nights announcement we have more of an idea as to what the next few months (not weeks 😫) are going to look like.

July 20th (stage 4) is when those of us in the Beauty Industry may be able to return to work, in line with government guidelines.
How beauty treatments will be carried out will be different, with smaller numbers of people on premises, and both client and therapist wearing protective coverings etc.
Hygiene and safety for both clients and Therapists always was and will be even more so important when we reopen so you might not recognise me in my new uniform 🥼
All that said when it is possible to safely work again, I will be sooo happy to look after everyone and we will still have the great chats and laughs we always do and I am sure we will have some funny stories to share from our lockdown. I know I have a few 😂
In the meantime, please stay safe everyone..PLEASE follow social distancing rules and for the love of god DON’T pluck all your eyebrows off!!!!!

To all my wonderful, loyal & valued clients, after careful consideration I have made the decision to turn off the wax pot, put down the tweezers and close The Brow Fairy until further notice due to Covid-19 and the efforts we are making to repress the spread of this virus.

I am currently in the process of contacting all my clients for this coming week and intend to take this on a week by week basis and follow the guidelines of the HSE.

This is an extremely tough time for us small businesses and it wasn’t an easy decision to close. It’s worrying not knowing what the next few weeks will hold. Fingers crossed if everyone pulls together now we can get through this sooner rather than later.

Hygiene, health and safety has ALWAYS been of the utmost importance to The Brow Fairy 🦠

As this has gotten serious and is now on our doorstep, I would ask that everyone proceeds with caution. If you think at all, that you have been in contact with someone who may have Covid - 19, or has travelled to/from a country that has this virus, or are feeling any bit unwell, PLEASE just CANCEL your appointment & keep yourself safe at home 🦠

Basic standards such as Washing hands regularly and using sanitizer were common practise way before the virus sparked a widespread urgency to abide by such common practises in the workplace 🦠

We do have to ensure i play my part in combating this epidemic. For that reason i will ask all clients to wash and or sanitise their hands pre & post Brows 🦠

I hope that nobody will take this personally and rather know that it’s just being extra cautious as I work so close to you 🦠

The Brow Fairy is now expanding & looking for two unique therapists to join our team. 1 for a full time position and 1 for a part time position.

Ideally we are looking for a Beauty therapist/Beautician/Brow Artist/Wax Therapist or Makeup artist with minimum 1 years experience in their field.

You will be trained and up skilled in the art of brows to suit our very high standard.

The ideal candidates will be bubbly individuals who love their job, loves having the chats with their clients and of course a passion for everything to do with eyebrows.

Any previous specialist brow training is an advantage.

Little miss Lady 🐶 keeping an eye out for any cancelations between now 👻 🎃 and Christmas 🎄🎅🏽

It is an extremely busy time of year and with one Fairy still on Mat leave (for now 😉) and the other Fairy pretty much fully booked right up to Christmas please let us know if you have any specific dates/times you really want, send us a mail and we will promise to try our best to get you in but we can’t stress enough to keep an eye on our Live ONLINE BOOKING system as you guys are so so fast and snap up any free slots or cancelations that come up yourselves there, hence why we never get to post them on here as they are already gone before we even get to see them 😊
