Confession from a Foot Health Practitioner… 👣😂

Two weeks away and even MY feet have suffered!

Lying in bed one night, my husband says to me, “Will I book you in for a pedicure while we’re here?” 😂

Then later… “Is that your feet touching me?! They’re SO rough!”
Me: “Yep… aren’t they awful?!” 🤣

I even sent a video to my friend and her response was:
“Do NOT tell anyone what your profession is! 😂 Good thing you know someone who does feet!”

But actually, this is exactly why I wanted to share them. Dry, flaky and cracked heels happen to all of us, even me.

Holidays, lots of walking, different footwear and falling out of your normal homecare routine can really show on your feet.

So when I’m home, mine are getting a proper pedicure, and my homecare is going up to 40% urea to tackle that hard, dry skin. 👣
No pretending I have perfect feet just because I look after everyone else’s! 🤍

That's why I encourage my clients to check these 5 key areas every day:
✔ Heel cracks
✔ Between the toes
✔ Under the big toe joint
✔ Ball of the foot
✔ Nail edges

Look for any redness, swelling, cracks, blisters, callus build-up, changes in skin colour, wounds or signs of infection.

Early detection can help prevent ulceration, infection and other foot health complications.
