When this young girl first came to us, she wasn’t just struggling with her hair — she was struggling mentally, emotionally, and physically. Her mum reached out looking for help, and from the very first consultation it was clear this would be a journey, not a quick fix.

She was dealing with scalp psoriasis, which can be incredibly uncomfortable, distressing, and confidence-knocking — especially for a child. Heavy build-up, irritation, and imbalance meant her scalp needed calm, consistent care before anything else.

We created a personalised in-salon treatment plan, using K18 professional treatments, focusing on gently removing build-up, supporting the scalp barrier, and strengthening the hair from the inside out.

All treatments have been carried out exclusively in-salon, with no at-home interference, allowing us to carefully monitor progress and avoid triggering flare-ups.
