A little glimpse into what was such a special and unforgettable evening at 🥂🏆

The food was absolutely gorgeous (although clearly I was far too busy enjoying myself to actually capture it properly 😂🤍) the vibes were immaculate, and it was so lovely getting to meet and chat with so many incredible beauty therapists and business owners who understand just how much work, passion and love goes into what we do.

And of course, the fabulous & kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the night 👑✨

But the biggest highlight of the night… bringing home TWO awards 🏆🏆🥹

Honestly, it still doesn’t feel real. To have something I have poured so much of my heart, time and energy into recognised in this way is something I will never forget.

And while I may have been the one standing there receiving those awards, I know I didn’t get there alone 🤍

To my family, friends and my partner, thank you for always being there, encouraging me and believing in me 🫶🏻

And to my beautiful clients… this is just as much yours as it is mine. 🤍
Every appointment, every recommendation, every kind message, every bit of support and every person who has trusted me with their beauty has helped me build Nirvana into what it is today.

From starting with a dream to standing in a room surrounded by so many incredible people, holding two awards with Nirvana’s name on them… it’s a moment I’ll treasure forever.

A little look around Nirvana 🤍✨

I’ve worked so hard to create this space into the calming little Nirvana I always dreamed it would be, somewhere you can walk through the door, switch off and feel completely at ease 🫶🏼

The name Nirvana comes from Buddhism and is often associated with a state of heaven, peace and freedom and that’s exactly the feeling I wanted the salon to have 🧘🏼‍♀️

It’s definitely a constant project and there’s always another little thing I want to change, add or finish 😂 but that’s part of the fun! Slowly creating my dream space 🌱🫶🏻

My everyday work makeup routine 🤍✨

I was running late this morning, so this is very much my quick & easy makeup 💄

STEP 1 — Sculpted by Aimee Second Skin 🤍
This is my go to for the salon because it’s so lightweight and sits so nicely on my skin. I hate feeling like I’m wearing loads of makeup all day, especially when I’m working with a mask on.

The mask does take a bit of my makeup off throughout the day, but I love how Second Skin fades without leaving me looking super patchy. It just blends into my skin so seamlessly and still looks really natural.

STEP 2 — A little concealer ✨

STEP 3 — Powder under the eyes 🤍
To keep everything in place.
