I probably spend as much time talking people out of treatments as I do talking them into them 😅

I know that probably sounds like a strange thing to hear from someone who owns a skin clinic but it’s true 🤣

If I think something will help, I’ll tell you.

If I think you’d be better off saving your money for now, I’ll tell you that too.

One of the biggest problems I see is people feeling like they need to do absolutely everything. Every trending treatment. Every viral product. Every new thing that appears on their fyp 🙈

The reality is that good skin rarely comes from all of that!

It actually comes from consistency, patience, and understanding what your skin actually needs 🤍

At the end of the day, I’d much rather you spend your money on something that’s actually going to make a difference than on something you think you should be doing because social media told you to 🤍

I’d rather invest in better products, better devices, and more education if it means giving you a safer experience and the best results possible ✨

I’ll always tell you when do - but more importantly don’t need something, rather than just sell you something for the sake of it.

Probably because I’ve been the person sitting on the other side of the consultation room too, and I know how it feels to not be listened to, understood or feel like you’re just a number.

Either way, Halo was never intended to be a conveyor belt of appointments. It’s a space where you can ask questions, feel comfortable, and know that somebody is actually listening 🤍
