Stephen rejoined the Leisure Club team as a Fitness Instructor in August 2025, and since returning he has made an incredible impact on both our members and colleagues. His positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences have not gone unnoticed.

Stephen is known for being reliable, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He has consistently gone above and beyond to support the team, making him a valued colleague and a great friend to many.

Our members speak highly of his energy and enthusiasm, and his classes continue to receive fantastic feedback. In particular, he has become a firm favourite with the aqua ladies, who look forward to his sessions each week!

Damien has been a valued member of our Maintenance team since 2015, and over the years he has become someone that colleagues across the entire hotel know they can count on.
Known for his reliability, knowledge, and willingness to help, Damien is always on hand when needed. Whether it's a maintenance issue that needs urgent attention or advice on the best way to tackle a problem, he is always happy to lend his expertise and support.
What stands out most about Damien is his helpful nature. Time and time again, colleagues mentioned how approachable and dependable he is, and how he is always willing to offer suggestions and solutions.
