Our recommendation is 3–4 weeks, depending on nail growth and lifestyle. We never recommend it longer than 4 weeks.

Here’s why:
✨ As your natural nails grow, the apex moves forward, creating an imbalance in the structure. This places extra pressure on the stress zone, increasing the risk of cracks and breakages.

✨ Base gels also begin to break down over time. After around 4 weeks, the product should be fully removed and reapplied to maintain strength and protect the natural nail.
Regular maintenance isn’t just about keeping your nails looking beautiful—it’s about preventing damage before it happens.

Whose responsibility is it?
The nail technician’s responsibility is to educate and recommend the correct maintenance schedule. The client’s responsibility is to book and attend those appointments.
