whats happening this month at the hot box sauna:
- off peak has become “Early-Bird” and we’ve reduced the prices - as lows as €13.95 in some locations
- Peak sessions are now called “Self-Guided”
- Carlingford has been fully revamped including 2 new plunge pools (one heated) and 4 wood fired saunas - come and sweat it out!
- opened and the yoga space opens this weekend
- We’re launching our first sober sauna rave with this Thursday (sold out) but there will be more in the pipeline!
- We have a very exciting announcement for our newest location at the end of the month - stay tuned!

we have 4 wood fired saunas , 2 plunge pools (1 warm & 1 cold), 3 lovely cold showers and access direct into the sea
even though we are always on the move, developing new sites and locations, we always want to keep improving our current locations, always trying to upgrade and innovate
