I spent so much energy focusing on every little imperfection that I forgot to appreciate everything my body does for me. But with time, I realized that cellulite doesn't take away from my beauty, my strength, or my worth. The moment I stopped fighting my body and started accepting it, I felt more free than ever—and I hope you can give yourself that same grace, too.

Starting the day surrounded by fresh jars of my handmade coffee scrub, made with ingredients I truly love: coffee, nourishing oils, vitamin E, and finely ground olive stones.

One of my favorite ingredients is the ground olive stones. They provide gentle, natural exfoliation that helps remove dead skin cells without being too harsh on the skin. Plus, they're a beautiful sustainable ingredient, giving a second life to something nature has already provided. 🌿
