I always feel so motivated after having a great food day 😍 and a little positive choice of parking on the 4th floor so I could take the stairs instead of the lift 💪
French toast for breakfast, leftover baby potatoes airfried with bacon and cheese triangles for lunch and giant meatballs in a fab veggie sauce and a little evening snack 😍

Inspired by Susan Fitzgerald gorgeous looking breakfast yesterday, I had to make it myself. Irish pride wholemeal bread (70g weighed out to be a healthy Fibre Choice) dipped in 2 beaten eggs with sweet cinnamon and vanilla my protein drops mixed in, fried in fry light and topped with softened apple, 0% fat Greek yoghurt and Joey's Toffee sauce for 1 swip for a tsp 😍 it was divine 🤤
Nothing is off the menu with Slimming World... Just slightly changed to make it work within our plan but never to compromise on flavour 😉

When you have to improvise cause you didn't have any burger buns left 🙈 lemon pepper burgers from Dunnes for 2.5 swips each. So good 😍
It's official Autumn now... My fave Autumn breakfast has been made 😍
Porridge with Bramley apple and sweet cinnamon 🥣 it makes me happy 😊
(and yes I'm odd and like my porridge a bit stodgy... Don't hate 🤣)

✨ A little Friday honesty… ✨
This week I lost 1.5lbs. 🙌
I’ll be honest, I’m slightly disappointed because of course I’d love to see a bigger loss… but I’m also choosing to be happy with a loss and, more importantly, to look at the bigger picture. ❤️
Because my biggest win this week wasn't actually the number on the scales…
It was that I completed a food diary for a full 7 days! 📝👏
And that’s something I’m really proud of. I’ve taken the time to be honest with myself, look at my choices and keep myself accountable... and I know that’s going to help me moving forward.
So my plan for this week?
➡️ Do another full 7-day food diary.
➡️ Keep showing up.
➡️ Keep making those choices that move me towards my goals.
➡️ And most importantly… KEEP GOING! 💪❤️
It might not be the biggest loss, but it’s still a loss... and I’m not letting one week define my journey.
Onwards and downwards! 🥰
