led a room of wonderful women through an immersive, science-led sleep experience designed for deep sleep and restoration.
The class is built on the structure of Yoga Nidra and deepened through our Seabody sensory system, The Sleep Ritual, using both our gorgeous Sleep Oil and Sleep Balm.
It was the perfect experience to slow down, quiet the noise and support that transition from stimulation into stillness,

Seabody Wellness & Pilates Morning 🧘🏻♀️
On Saturday, 3rd of October, join us at CH Tralee Pharmacy | Skincare | Makeup | Wellness for a morning of movement and ritual in Tralee.
Led by our Education Manager, Emma Houlihan, she’ll give you expert tips on skin and body care to achieve your most radiant skin. You’ll then step onto the mat for a 45-minute Pilates class with the lovely Veronika of Sculpted by V.
Afterwards, there will be refreshments, and you’ll receive a free Seabody gift to take home.
Saturday 3rd October
10am to 11.30am
CH Tralee
Tickets are €25, fully redeemable against any Seabody products bought on the day.
