We are ready to take on Christmas ❤️ My favourite time of year. As we approach the busy Christmas period ahead please take note of the following. If you need to cancel an appointment it MUST be done with AT LEAST 24 hours notice. If you fail to cancel within the timeframe or not turn up for your appointment we have no option but to charge you in full for your appointment. No exceptions. Please do not put us in an awkward position and ask us to waive the fee. If you cancel at short notice we will not be able fill the appointment, staff still have to be paid and we are down money. If you cancel and give us 24 hours notice it allows us time to fill the appointment. I hope this helps you to understand why we have to enforce this policy.
