I have news!

Bittersweet but very exciting!

The bitter part ...

I have decided that it is time to retire from the salon after 30 years of hairdressing.

As many of you know I have had an ongoing back injury for the last few years and devastatingly this has limited the work that I can do.

I have the most amazing team and I am so proud of what we created after taking over the original Haircare from my fabulous Aunt Enda Sweeney back in 2018.

It is with a heavy heart that I have made this decision as the salon has been in my family since 1977.

Studio77 holds a very special place in my heart and I am forever grateful to all our clients for your continued custom and support, chats, and laughs over the years.

To my fabulous team Elaine, Sarah, and Abi you are all amazing, I love you dearly and you will continue to thrive in our fabulous salon.

Fear not! Here is the sweet part.

So the girls have a new boss!

I'm delighted to announce that the lovely Louisa Murphy proprietor of Saints Colour Specialists will be taking over Studio 77.

Already the proud owner of 2 award-winning salons in Ferns, Co. Wexford which has been open for 8 years, and Elm Park, Tramore which opened in February and now Studio77 Main St Tramore!

Louisa is a gifted stylist with a passion and drive for all things colour, she is one of 8% of Hairdressers in the UK and Ireland to hold the Colour Specialist Degree with L'oreal.

Everything will stay the same but she will also be adding some new services to the salon such as Bespoke colouring and Platinum Hair Extensions.

She will also be a proud L’oreal Professional salon.
