💅 PLEASE READ — OUR CND SHELLAC REMOVAL POLICY
At Exhale & Relax, we take the care of your natural nails seriously.
We use CND Shellac and, when removal is required, we use the CND Shellac removal system.
🤍 Our removal exception:
We will remove CND Shellac that has been applied by us at Exhale & Relax as part of your service.
We do not remove Shellac, gel, BIAB, builder gel or any other nail product that has been applied by another salon.
If you make a booking with us and have product on your nails from another salon, please arrange for it to be professionally removed before your appointment with us.
This is an important part of our booking policy and is clearly outlined in our online booking terms.
We appreciate your understanding. These guidelines allow us to work safely, protect the health of your natural nails and maintain the standard of service we pride ourselves on. 🤍
