INTEGRATIVE CUPPING THERAPY 📈
Cupping is one of the oldest healing therapies in the world.
For thousands of years, it has been practised across Ancient Egypt, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Greece and the Middle East to support circulation, relieve pain and restore balance within the body.
Today, science gives us a deeper understanding of why it has endured.
Unlike massage, which compresses tissue, cupping creates gentle negative pressure, lifting the skin and superficial fascia away from the underlying structures. This decompression helps improve fascial glide, encourages local blood flow and supports lymphatic drainage.
Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, nerve, blood vessel and organ. When it becomes restricted through injury, repetitive movement, inflammation or chronic stress, movement becomes limited and tension patterns develop throughout the body.
By gently lifting these tissues, cupping helps reduce fascial restriction, improve tissue mobility and create space for the body to move more freely.
At LÁMH, Integrative Cupping is always combined with Myofascial Release.
One treatment decompresses.
The other restores.
Together, they help free the fascial system, regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Ancient wisdom.
Modern science.
One incredible therapy. ✨

CLIENT REVIEW ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The difference with LÁMH isn’t just the technique.
It’s the philosophy.
Pain is rarely just about a muscle.
It’s the result of years of compensation, stress, nervous system overload, injury, posture, emotion and fascial restriction all connected.
This is why every Myofascial Release treatment goes beyond simply treating where it hurts.
We work with the whole body.
We restore movement through the fascia, calm the nervous system and allow the body to guide the treatment. Often, the area causing the pain isn’t the area that needs the most attention.
When the body feels safe, it begins to unwind the patterns it has been holding onto.
This is why clients often leave feeling lighter, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Because true healing doesn’t happen when we force the body.
It happens when we finally start listening to it.
If you’re ready to experience bodywork that treats you as a whole person - welcome to LÁMH Therapies.
✨ Your healing starts here.

LOWER BODY MYOFASCIAL RELEASE 🌀
Why do so many people become emotional when we work around the hips, pelvis and psoas?
The psoas is often called the body’s “survival muscle.” It helps us curl into a protective position, stabilises the spine and is highly active during a fight-or-flight response.
When we experience prolonged stress or trauma, the nervous system increases muscle tone throughout the body, particularly in the hips, pelvis and abdomen. These protective patterns can persist long after the original event has passed, contributing to pain, stiffness and a feeling of always being “on.”
As Dr. Bessel van der Kolk writes in The Body Keeps the Score, our experiences are not only remembered by the mind they are reflected in the body and the nervous system.
During Myofascial Release, we work to reduce fascial restriction and support the nervous system into a more regulated state. As the body begins to feel safe, it is not uncommon for emotions to surface.
This isn’t because emotions are physically stored in the fascia. Rather, as long-held patterns of tension are released and the nervous system shifts out of protection, people may naturally experience an emotional response alongside the physical release.
The body has an incredible capacity to heal.
Sometimes it simply needs the right environment, safety and support to let go. ✨

TMJ RELEASE THERAPY™ 👤
Jaw pain, clenching, grinding, headaches, facial tension and neck tightness are often signs that the body has been holding stress for far too long.
The jaw is one of the most common places we store tension. Over time, this can create restriction within the fascia surrounding the face, jaw, neck and shoulders, contributing to TMJ dysfunction and chronic discomfort.
TMJ Release Therapy™ combines myofascial release, facial fascia techniques, lymphatic drainage and targeted jaw work to help reduce restriction, restore movement and relieve tension throughout the entire system.
This is not a salon facial.
This is therapeutic bodywork designed to address the fascia, muscles and connective tissues that influence jaw function and overall wellbeing.
For those experiencing TMJ symptoms, chronic jaw tension, clenching, grinding or tension headaches, this treatment offers a natural, hands-on approach to relief and restoration ✨

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE + TRAUMA
Trauma is not just stored in the mind. It is experienced through the body. 🤍
Research shows that chronic stress and trauma can change the way the nervous system functions, keeping the body in patterns of protection long after the event has passed.
This can show up as:
• chronic tension
• jaw clenching
• digestive issues
• pain
• fatigue
• hypervigilance
• feeling unable to fully relax
As Dr. Bessel van der Kolk famously said, “the body keeps the score.”
This is one of the reasons Myofascial Release can be so powerful.
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ and nerve in the body. When we experience stress, injury or trauma, the body often adapts by creating tension and protective holding patterns within these tissues.
Through slow, gentle and intentional techniques, Myofascial Release helps restore movement, release restrictions and create a sense of safety within the body.
It is not uncommon for clients to experience emotional releases during treatment. Not because emotions are being forced out, but because the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go of what it has been holding.
Healing begins when the body no longer feels it needs to stay in survival mode ✨
DIGESTIVE RESET ⏳
Your colon needs movement too
When we think about mobility, we often think about muscles and joints. But our organs are designed to move and glide as well.
The colon is suspended within layers of fascia and connective tissue, and restrictions through the abdomen, pelvis and surrounding tissues can influence digestion, bloating, trapped gas and bowel function.
This is why abdominal myofascial release can be so powerful.
Through gentle hands-on techniques, we work with the fascia surrounding the stomach, colon and pelvic organs to encourage mobility, circulation and healthy movement within the abdominal cavity.
Many clients report improvements in:
• bloating
• constipation
• trapped wind
• abdominal tension
• pelvic discomfort
The abdomen is often an area where we unconsciously hold stress and protection. When we create safety and movement through these tissues, the entire body can begin to soften.
Because healing isn’t just about muscles — it’s about restoring movement to the whole body ✨
THE MYO-FACIAL™️
Myo-Facial™ is not a salon facial 🤲🏼
This is therapeutic bodywork for the face, jaw, neck and shoulders.
Using myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and targeted fascial techniques, we work with the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles of the face and jaw.
When fascia becomes restricted through stress, clenching, poor posture, trauma or chronic tension, it can contribute to:
• TMJ symptoms
• jaw pain and clicking
• headaches
• neck and shoulder tension
• facial puffiness
• a feeling of tightness through the face and scalp
By releasing these restrictions, we help restore movement, improve lymphatic flow and support nervous system regulation.
The result is not just a brighter, more lifted appearance, but a face, jaw and body that feels lighter from the inside out. ✨
Because true facial wellness starts beneath the skin.
