I shared some of the hair products I’ve been using since I removed my extensions, the Redken is A lovely lightweight leave in conditioner, and the Dacoly oil I apply after blow drying. My hair was so bitty as I hadn’t had a trim in ages so VIP 121 by Lily gave me a beautiful cut and colour! And then I will reapply my extensions with Marlene Falcone Hair in the summer! So I just want to help condition my hair well before then!

Almost one year post surgery! This has been the best decision I ever made for ME! It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, if something makes you happy and has no consequences for others ..... do it! So often women tell me they feel guilty for considering it, or vein. Don’t ever feel guilty for looking after you, you are worth it!

The new CeraVe Skincare SA smoothing cream has been a game changer for me for my knees and elbows pre tan! It’s got salicylic acid in there which is really exfoliating, I think this will be a new must have for me from now on!

This is my mom! She’s almost 60, and proof that you can control intrinsic ageing! My mom doesn’t eat dairy, has a strict calorie controlled diet and makes most of her meals from scratch, she avoids sugar! She walks every day and goes to aqua aerobics every week. She is never sick!! She has had no anti wrinkle treatments or fillers, it’s not something my mother wants, which I respect as everyone is different

So I am trying to let my mother be my inspiration to eat clean and exercise more, which will help me control the negative effects of ageing, and keep my body healthy and fit. She will officially kill me for posting these photos! But come on 60!!!!! 💓

I ordered the tanning oil and body oil. I’m really looking forward to trying it out! I used it tonight and it was the fastest I’ve ever been doing my tan! I’ll keep you posted on the results! Let me know if you’ve used it!

I love my monthly nail day! It always gives me a little boost! Today jade gave me the matte topcoat! I’ve never had the matte before! It’s really cool! It’s so important to give ourselves little treats and some time out!

I have to say this shampoo is heavenly, and smells amazing! I usually get it from but this time I got it from it’s sulphate free so good for extensions! If you’re looking for a new shampoo give it a go!
