In this experiential workshop, we explore how different states of consciousness influence our perception and therapeutic presence during treatment. Through guided practice with body, mind, and hands, you’ll learn to recognize and shift between these states, enhancing both your sensitivity and effectiveness as a CranioSacral Therapist.

This day offers a space to slow down, explore inner stillness, and strengthen your ability to connect — with yourself, your client, and the self-healing process that unfolds between you.

You will learn to:

Deepen your therapeutic presence and perceptual awareness.

Experience different states of consciousness in a CST session.

Practice shifting between states to support the self-healing process.

Two weeks ago now on 26th December we said our last goodbye in this world to our mum. Thankyou to all of you who have reached out already and in the betwixtmas season - I know some are only hearing about her passing now. 🙏🏼🕯️And I also wanted to share that I am taking some leave now . After clinic time tomorrow I will be taking a two week break from seeing Clients- it’s time for retreat and training and also some Play time. Updated Opening Hours with Joanna .westport After Easter 🐣 I will also be offering a Friday Morning clinic, and a couple Sundays per month so as to accommodate all my clients - Mums, Babies and extended family sessions. Those that are also working mid week. So the diary is open for Fridays from Friday 25th April . Sunday 27th already fully booked . Next Sunday date 11th May .
