Hello beauties 💞 You may or may not have noticed that I toggle between wearing uniform during your treatments and wearing plain clothes ... I feel rather unprofessional not wearing uniform but the plain answer is i ran out of uniforms through wear & tear and my favourite blush Iris dress is no longer manufactured 🥹 I am hoping the uniform company will make a special order of my blush Iris dress next week , so then I'll be far better presented for your treatments going forward & I won't have to faff around in the mornings looking for something else that's appropriate to wear 😭

Signs from spirit I simply can't deny 🪽🤍🪽
Since the tragic passing of my beloved two bun buns Louis & Lia .... Who were children to me ... And I'm still processing their loss which occurred suddenly just 4 months ago 😞😞
I am aware they are still with me ... As they continue to make their wonderful presence very much known ... No matter where I am 🥲
Undeniable proof that they are still with me began with early morning biting/chewing/nibbling sounds in my bedroom in all the little nooks & crannies which they used to play in ...
Tiny pitter patter walking sounds around the bed ...
Every few days I feel them landing on different body parts of me as I lay in bed ( this is always very early in the morning ... The twilight hour )
My bunnies wouldn't care where they jumped they would often jump on my head or face while I lay in bed and I got a fright as I awoke to something jumping on my face last week ...
I feel them jump on the sofa and hear / feel them walk along the edge of it ..
I hear their names being called randomly in public places it's usually when I am thinking about them ..
I see their names particularly Louise's name in alot of places
I felt one land on my leg a few days ago ..
They are buried in my parents garden , and on visiting mam & dad two weeks ago I heard them scuttering on the floor beside my bed ... Something totally out of the ordinary in an otherwise perfectly silent room ....
Louise had a little wheezy sound he used to make ... I heard that same wheezy sound two nights ago as I lay & watched TV .. it came from the place he used to sit in 🥲
Spirit has visited me twice outside my window as orbs in the night sky , low down in the sky , glistening / flickering & then dispersing ... I know straight away it's spirit 🪽🪽🪽
My biggest loss has been the loss of my 2 dogs Luna , Luka & two bunnies Lia & Louis ... I consider having a tattoo with the 4 Ls on my wrist to remember them .... A song I've dedicated to them and which they loved was Nella fantasie a classical song which speaks of dreaming of freedom for all ...
I had a beautiful client Sunday morning ... She has this very tattoo on her arm ... The 4 Ls , she explained it means freedom in Hebrew .... And I knew it was another sign .... 🪽🪽🪽
I'm so thrilled & grateful for the continued communication from my little loved ones in heaven ... We only need to express to our loved one that we desire to continue the communication with them ... And therefore remain open to the signs .... Have you ever experienced same?
As much as I am grieving their loss ... I find such comfort & validation of the afterlife with our new found way of staying in one anothers lives 🪽🤍🪽

Always enjoy the fabulous thermal suite in Whites hotel Wexford ~ it really is such a treat to book yourself an hour in here ~ Who needs stress anyway ... Not me ☺️🤎🫶
What happens after I perform 30 + or more manual lymphatic drainage treatments in one week - the persons who then book in for a relaxing massage are inadvertently going to benefit from deep tissue experience instead 😄 such is the way when you've done hours upon hours of light & gentle skin stretching 😄🧡🌱
But no one complains of extra pressure during a massage do they ~ 😍🫶🥰
