✅ What to Do:
1. Keep your skin clean and dry for the first 6–12 hours.
2. Use a gentle cleanser after the first day—nothing harsh or exfoliating.
3. Apply a soothing/healing cream I can provide or advise you on the type of the cream for your skin type.
4. Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water to support healing.
5. Use SPF 30+ daily starting the next day, even if you're indoors.
6. Avoid makeup for at least 24–48 hours.
7. Sleep with your head slightly elevated to reduce swelling if present.
❌ What to Avoid:
1. No saunas, steam rooms, or hot showers for 48 hours.
2. No heavy exercise or sweating for at least 24 hours.
3. Avoid alcohol, smoking, or blood-thinning medications (if not prescribed) for 24 hours post-treatment.
4. No active ingredients (retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C) for 3–5 days.
5. Don’t touch or massage the treated area unnecessarily.
💬 Common Side Effects:
1. Mild redness, swelling, or bruising (usually subsides in 24–48 hours)
2. Tiny pinprick marks or bumps if injected (go away within a day or two)
3. A slight tightness or tingling
