Last night I had the pleasure of been asked to facilitate a Soundbath and guided meditation for a lovely group of workers from FAB creche and montessori.
What a beautiful group of ladies I got to meet and hold space for.
I had been absent the past few months from hosting events while I prioritised myself and my mental health but hosting the class last night reminded me how much I love holding space for others, and the benefits it gives me also.

Hi everyone.
So for the past six months ive been in the process of trying to find an antidepressant medication that works for me which has proven difficult, ive had to adjust to starting a med, then wean off another and process started all over again.
Whilst ive been dealing with this, I have been protecting myself and my environment.
If anyone can relate, you know how much of a struggle this is .
Plus even just getting out of the bed most days, brushing your hair or even getting dressed.
Anyway I thought maybe it might help myself and others to let people know that are struggling, you are not alone.
