A busy few weeks.... The joys of student life and back trouble :-(
The C9ers of January had great success a total of 123lbs lost! AMAZING!!

My own C9 is waiting, though only 4.5lbs up over Christmas and I've been back on my shakes for the last week so I'm feeling much better. I need the sugar detox and the energy boost of C9.

Been a quiet few weeks on here but a busy few weeks for all our C9ers. The good news is there are lots of C9ers feeling fabulous at the start of the festive season.

THE GOOD NEWS is there is still time to loose weight and feel great in just nine days.

SInce I did my August C9 I've lost a total of 13lbs and I've kept it off!
