Stories from the Holy Land
Did you know that the exact location of Bethsaida (which means House of the Hunter) is not known. Archaeological excavations continue at the al-Araj site and the et-Tell site, both located in the northeast of the Sea of Galilee. Recent findings in the al-Araj site strengthen the sites identification with Bethsaida.
Bethsaida was the birthplace and hometown of the apostles Peter, Andrew, and Philip (John 1:44).

Nahara supporting the community
We are proud to support Emunah activities in Israel – particularly the residential home called Achuzat Sarah in Bnei Brak. More than 100 at-risk children benefit from a supportive, therapeutic residential home. We recently donated Nahara gift bags for 5 girls who celebrated their Bat Mitzah and 8 girls who graduated high school and are about to begin their army service. These girls deserve to be pampered and we were happy to do so.
