Basic Technique how to use iTeraCare more effectively:

✴️With the distance of 3-4 inches depending on individual's heat tolerance.

✴️Move with suitable speed
Method: vertically or circular

✴️Time: small areas, around 15-20 minutes, full body, 30-40 minutes. Use daily not more than 2 hours *those with weaker body, elderly and young children do not need as much time, use sweat as an indication.

More Informations:
1. When using terahertz, there may be discharge of unhealthy gasses.
2. Usually start with the hands and palms, feet, and then torso and body. When affected area is painful, focus on the area.

"Hello everyone, thank you for asking and sharing my happiness with me as well as what was happened to me this year. In February 2022 - I coughed too much and lost my weight too terrible, from February to end of March I lost 30 kilos. I went to ear nose throat hospital because of the cough strongly day by day but it seems not the right disease.
