How are we feeling? Weโll, we couldnโt have been happier as
We are Simran & Manish, Co-founders of .makeupstudioandsalon . We entered the market with an aspiration of being able to bring premium quality salon services with our sibling personal touch into Ahmedabad! And boy we were accepted and how!
It still amazes us how quickly the people of this city were ready to invest their trust, time and money into what we were building. Soon, we realised that what started connecting was the fact that we were not here to beat the market or compete with anyone, but just give personal attention, provide quality service and bring honesty into everything we do!
We are happy we made the right choices, doesnโt mean we didnโt make the wrong ones, we made loads of them.
We are glad we chose to start small. We could have easily opted for a loan or borrowed money from our other family businesses and made a bigger space, multiple salon outlets, bigger team, bigger marketing campaigns. But our priorities were in place, we wanted to build slow but strong and not rush it to be a part of a hamster wheel, where you keep running but arenโt really headed anywhere.
People often ask us, why donโt you have multiple outlets in Aโbad? Our reply always is that weโre happy and content. We donโt want a business empire that we get lost into so much that we stop enjoying our work. The plan definitely is to have bigger dreams but also enjoy the journey along the way!
Spotlight Salon is our baby and very close to our hearts. So here we are opening doors to our salon and our hearts to welcome yโall with aiming to serve this city better !
