😋WHY YOU'RE ALWAYS HUNGRY CHECKLIST 😋
Hunger is inevitable when you're eating less than your body needs to lose fat but sometimes it can be too much to handle
Here's a little checklist that I use to help people when they complain of being hungry all the time.
Take a look through and see if these could be causing your insatiable hunger.

😍CHANGE YOUR OUTLOOK TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
😎I'm not even "jesting" when I say this could be the thing that is blocking your road to success because of your mental attitude & viewpoint of yourself & how your expectations from life heavily influence your behaviours.
😇If you feel like you've been caught in a hamster wheel, never quite getting to where you want to be, maybe just maybe it's time for you to have a look at how you approach things. Not just from a physical perspective, but from a mental perspective.
🤣If you've been continually unsuccessful in getting fat loss results, then could it be your desire to get the results now & approaching everything with an impatient & extreme approach could be what's stopping you?
🤓If you continually look for someone or something else to blame when failings happen, could this lack of accepting responsibility & therefore acknowledging that you always have control, be something which is stopping you reaching your goal or feeling like your life is really in your hands.
🤡If something seems out of your control then it's easy to just think to keep thinking you can't do anything about it.
☺️All I want you to take from this is that if you could just change this think maybe you could start moving once & for all. In all honesty, it's not just the one pair of pants you need to put on, it's the whole darn lot.
😎Whatever you want from life you deserve it, so don't let you be the only thing standing in your way.

📍DO YOU STRUGGLE WITH OVEREATING?📍
-----
There are a few things I know to be true without a shadow of a doubt...
I know coffee & pizza contain magical properties. I know the weather here in Forks will eventually get warmer. ..
I also know that one bad meal, day, or even week of overeating isn't the end of the world. You can ALWAYS get back on track and start making progress in the right direction.
But 😎that doesn't mean you shouldn't implement strategies to help you avoid accidentally overeating. With a few reliable tactics in place, you can take control over and eliminate unplanned overeating (almost) entirely!
1️⃣Strategy 1 keep overly tempting foods out of the house.
It's totes okay to have "fun" foods in moderation, but if there's food you struggle to control yourself around, then you're probably better off keeping it out of your everyday environment.
That way, you won't have to constantly use willpower to resist your urges to scarf-down/slurp/shovel-in-your-face whatever food is tempting you.
2️⃣Strategy 2 Wait 15-20 minutes before eating .
By doing this, you'll figure out if what you're feeling is physical hunger or just short-term cravings. Make a deal with yourself that, if you still want it after 15-20 minutes waiting, you can have it. What you'll probably find is that your cravings disappear after 5-10 minutes of waiting.
3️⃣Strategy 3 Plan your meals ahead of time. Two benefits to this...
One is that you know exactly what you're eating, which will decrease the number of food-related decisions you're making way day.
The second is that you can incorporate fun foods you enjoy into your plan. Knowing that you have a small treat planned for later in the day makes it MUCH easier to avoid temptations in the moment.
4️⃣Strategy 4 You can ALWAYS get back on track
I said it at the start, but it's worth repeating. It doesn't matter if you've had a bad meal, day, week, or month of overeating ...
You can always get right back on track. Always.

🧐DO CARBS MAKE YOU FAT? 🤔
:
Have you ever noticed as soon as you add more carbs to your diet you gain weight? It's a common hurdle most people face. Here's the truth: carbs don't make you fat. Eating more calories than you burn makes you fat. If you increase carbs without dialling back elsewhere the total number of calories you consume will be higher and voila, fat gain.
:
So, what's the deal with the dreaded number on the scale going up? Weight gain on the scale doesn't always mean you gained body fat. One gram of carbs stores an additional 3g of water. A diet with 200g of carbs can result in 2 pounds of water weight in a day. This is why a weekend food bender leads you to step on the scale and lose your s**t on Monday.
:
Remember, it's just water weight. Not necessarily fat. Water weight fluctuates dramatically.
:
And those high carb foods you're eating? Well, double check the macros. As my opinion has pointed out, many foods we think about as "carb-heavy" can become calorie bombs based on how you prepare them. Think doughnuts, baked goods, fries, and the like
Carbs don't make you fat, carbs +fat+ a caloric surplus will make you fat. Stick to cleaner carbs , and stay within your diet.

Healthy or Unhealthy: Popcorn
🍿l received a question recently asking, 'Is popcorn a good snack?' Now remember, a single food can't be labeled good or bad unless you know the context of someone's overall calorie intake over a day🧐
😎 Now popcorn in its basic state (from a kernel) is actually a whole grain containing fiber, B complex vitamins, vitamin E, iron and manganese. Two tablespoons of un popped kernels makes about 25g of plain popcorn and comes to roughly 90 calories, which is very decent as a snack. Even if you added a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of sugar it would still be under 300 kcals
:
🍿The issue with popcorn is all the toppings that are added, especially in a cinema. You don't know what they've added in the cinema (normally a lot) and as you can see a small cinema popcorn can contain between 400-600 kcals, never mind they've probably used highly inflammatory oils and hydrogenated butter on it. A large one can reach up to 1500 kcals and then some depending on toppings 🙈🤯😤
:
🍿 So the answer to this question is yes and no. Popcorn can be a great low calorie snack but can also knock you completely out of a calorie deficit. Like always, track your food and look at your overall calories before making the best choice for you!
