3:00 am thoughts (I had late night caffeine after the longest time)

Life has been so humbling and fulfilling the last couple of months.

To be able to feel secure in all the aspects of life.. relationships, finance, physically, emotionally, spiritually is the BIGGEST blessings of all.

To be able to realise you have a fall back cushion in all aspects of your life is again the BIGGEST blessings of all.

For what is your basic.. good relationship with your parents and siblings, having friends you can call whenever, not having to worry about finances, being able to love and be loved is literally someone’s LUXURY !

Extend gratitude to those who make you feel so and feel grateful if you have all this and more for there’s nothing in life that matters more than a love that feels secure, stable and consistent. ✨

Last few days have been beyond magical. To be in His physical presence is pure bliss. I have been so lucky so blessed and so grateful to get this opportunity time and again. He keeps bringing me closer and closer to Him in ways I’ll never understand.

Going back to my roots.. time and again. It was a simple Rakhi celebration. Spent my three days conducting a Rakhi special Happiness Program. My father enrolled for the same which made it extra special. Watching him learning Surdarshan kriya under me and looking upto me and being proud was such an overwhelming feeling.

So grateful for this experience 🙏🏻

P.S The 5th picture you see. It’s of Rekha and me. Rekha works with us for 30 years now. She has practically raised me. The only one who dragged me out of bed on Sundays if I slept past 10am.

I was brought up with the lesson that human is a human. There’s no difference of class and creed and I intend to pass on the same teaching to Mira.
The next picture you see is Mira being best friends with their grand kids.

Humans.. when you nourish them and care for them, they stay.. always ! ♥️🧿

2. Gau mata.. my favourite place in the entire ashram. Our beautiful Gau shala where every cow is treated the way they should be for they bring all the blessings you seek.

9. Satsang - these are the people bringing peace to the world by their meditation and sadhana. They emit positivity every single day for the entire universe to change and it is changing. One day at a time.

12. Savitri - she came all ready for gau puja. Pure love !
13. What a course - Sanyam level 1 ! Well, every course is beyond your imagination.

15. EVERY art of living faculty is HIGHLY educated (degrees you haven’t even heard of !) and so MULTITALENTED. Just an example here.
