सैराट भेळ.
भिजवलेले लाला चनेऐक वाटी. मुग,मटकी,शेंदाने,चवळी प्रतेकी आर्धा वाटी(भिजवलेले) मीठ व हळद टाकुन वाफुन घ्या .त्यात ऐक कांदा .ऐक काकडी.ऐकबीट छोटा.दोन टमाटो.आर्धी वाटी कोथिंबीर.आसल्यास गाजर ऐक.स्वीट कॉन आर्धा वाटी.ऐक लींबु.आर्धाचमचाभाजलेल जीर पावडर .पाव चमचा काळ मीठ. भाज्या सर्व बारीक चीरून वरील सर्व साहीत्य ऐकत्र करा.पण भेळ म्हटल की चटणी आली. चटणीसाठीः चार हीरव्या मीरच्या आर्धी वाटी कोथिंबीर तेवढाच पुदीना व शेंदधव मीठ आर्धा चमचा लींबाचा रस ऐकत्र मीक्सर मधुन वाटुन घ्या हव आसल्यास पाणि घाला.पाव वाटी चिंचेचा कोळ आर्धा वाटी गुळ ऐक वाटी पाणि पावदोन मीनीट शिजवा शिजताना त्यात पुदीण्याची चटणी टाका व हीटणि आपल्याला हवी तेवढीभेळ वर टाका.
टीपः ह्या मधे तुम्ही हवी ती भाजी टाकु शक्ता .तुम्ही कडधाण्य फोडनणीत घालु शक्ता.तुम्ही त्यावर शेव टाकु शक्ता.ही भे. पोळीत त्याचा रोल करुन मुलांना डब्यात देऊ शकता. कींवातुमच्या बीशीला बीस्कीटवर टॉपींग करू शकता.
