Codependency is a form of attachment; an attachment to other people or things in order to balance our voids. Growth is an individual process first before it can become a team effort or even a planetary or cosmic effort. When actions are inspired and seasoned with different forms of “love”, they awaken deep self-love and subsequent self-dependency. Strong self-love shows you your ability to fill your own voids. 💪🏼 👁️

We’ve heard time and again that everything is right here, heaven and hell. Our choices guide us towards either energy. Now since the earth’s vibrations are shifting to higher frequencies and it’s undergoing a huge rebirth, we as inhabitants have to shift our vibrations to higher frequencies too in order for resonance to set in and harmony and joy to prevail. Who wouldn’t want that? 🙂right?

When your heart and soul are able to echo the message in this post, you’ve truly integrated with the divine. Last night’s dream showed me the same message that both dark and light are a part of the cosmos. Our ability to accept and integrate both characteristics in ourselves will help us understand how to consistently stay in the light. Do you love and accept yourself? Love is the strongest vibration. Raise your overall spirit’s vibrations through the vibration of love. More unlocking of ancient wisdom and maturity always comes hand in hand with a youthful appearance. So all those who started to look younger because you showered more love on yourselves internally as well as externally, kudos!

Life force flows like water and we must allow it to flow as per our pre-written destinies. Mastering detachment will permit this. At several points during this journey, we will experience many deaths of our older versions and births of newer, more elevated versions. Resisting this change will cause an internal demolition that is more chaotic than the natural flow of life and death.

For those who love to silence people who speak the truth, here’s one harsh truth. Light will always vanquish darkness, period! 💡 💫

Your energy is out of alignment with whatever it is you desire. Healing the spirit = energetic declutterring. Once your low vibrational thoughts, emotions and other patterns are mobilised and transmuted through healing, the believer in you will emerge. You will then become manifestors who make wishes for the highest good, and vibrate AT the frequency of that vision. So heal! You’re not selfish!

I see everything from the past, things in real time and futuristically too. Every detail, person, face, place and plan are revealed to me by the divine due to my unwavering authenticity. I stay quiet, observe, heal myself and allow the divine to bring balance. 🌸

Joy is a high vibrational emotion. This life is supposed to be but a celebration filled with joy and wonder because we are an extension of spirit and spirit is high in vibration. While our ancestors celebrate our achievements in the ethers, this is how I celebrate them regularly.

Self-awareness comes from self-love and both lead to a heightened sense of self-respect. Be there for yourself and nurture yourself because such acts confirm you’re worth it.
