Children are Beyond Expectation

We treasure children, what we have to give is affection, not vitamin tablets or toys. Look at them as if they are your heroes then they will be heroes.

Every child is born is born with magical powers. They are intelligent in one or the other way. The way parents and teachers communicate their beliefs and attitudes can greatly influence how children think about themselves, their potential and abilities.
In his childhood Einstein, developed a quirk in using words that prompted the family to dub him as the d***y one, throughout his life. He had a mild form of echolalia, but that defect made him see things before talk that increased his visual capacity.
For example, this occurs when teachers perceive their students having exceptional ability and communicate greater confidence in them, this results in students rising their level of performance. The love and affection is a weapon. Many great writers like Chilton Pearce and Tolstoy wrote about the role of love in education. It can make tremendous changes in the attitudes and aspirations. Make them understand that there is no area that they cannot be reached. Everything is possible if they have deepest desire and willingness to work.
Knowledge is not power. Potential is power, a handful of notes without heart never uplifts the child. Really speaking a teacher is like a nurse, physical efforts as well as heart both makes the teacher a great one. Enlightening children is an entirely different task, understanding the child personally can make a lot of difference. Make them understand that how the parents and teachers trust them, treasure them, that is enough for a child to nurture good values.
One word of love can make wonders in teen’s life, at the same time a negative approach can spoil their whole life. If possible we will assure them that they are far better than what they think of being.
Once in our school, a dyslexia child, who was isolated by everyone, proved to be a graphic expert that was a turning point in his life. Some teachers took it for granted and stretched their hands for his development; now he is a skilled graphic designer in a renowned company. This is what we call Pygmalion effect, attributing goodness in someone then they become successful. Teachers and parents can adopt this technique to transform their children and that may leads to tremendous effect.
