Start by focusing on control and consistency. When creating a clean outline, don’t try to move in one continuous fast stroke.

Work in a back-and-forth motion — move forward about 2 millimeters, then slightly pull back about 1 millimeter. This creates small, controlled, overlapping movements that help build a smooth, steady line.

The key is not to rush. Slow is what gives you precision.
Keep your machine speed on the lower side so your hand stays stable and the machine doesn’t vibrate excessively.

When you combine slow hand movement with controlled machine speed, you’ll be able to create soft, straight, and consistent lines on the skin.
