But wellness isn’t a group project that can be represented by a few.

And feel free to use this post to call anyone out if they need a soft—yet direct—reminder.

Less is more—but no one talks about the years of damage we’ve unknowingly done to our skin and what to reduce from our routines . Every product we use either heals or harms, often in ways we don’t realize until much later. Just as certain foods can quietly disrupt our health over time, the same is true for our skin. Breaking old habits isn’t easy, and your skin won’t magically glow overnight when you let go of cosmetics or harsh products. It takes time to adjust.

I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to encourage mindful choices. Start small—let go of products you feel ready to leave behind.

Wash your face, apply sunscreen, moisturize if your skin needs it, drink water, and rest. Everything else is a choice that only you should make—not trends or outside expectations.
