POST PREGNANCY WEIGHT LOSS!

Krishnaveni was looking to lose her post-pregnancy weight.

But she was very cautious not to fall for any fad diets which cause more harm in the long term than help.

LOSING A WHOPPING 20 KG!

Dr. Divya, an ophthalmologist, had lost her confidence to lose weight!

But now she is an inspiration to everyone who wants to have a healthy weight loss journey.

After finishing her MBBS, she was preparing for her PG by studying 15 to 16 hours daily with no attention to health. The result was that she moved from 68 kg to 88 kg in no time!

GETTING BACK IN SHAPE - THE SUSTAINABLE WAY!

"A positive change in life requires a coach because it requires one to go beyond their belief system" is how Dr. Bharat starts when asked to talk about his coach's role in his health transformation.

People who know him well know him as someone associated with the healthcare domain for many years now.

But off late, Dr. Bharat was worried since he was getting fat.

"I was feeling a significant discomfort in my existing clothes and was not at all happy with where my overall health and lifestyle was leading to", recalls Dr. Bharat. "So I was looking for a program which can help me get back into shape"

When he came in contact with a WQ coach, he spent time understanding their philosophy and decided to enroll in a program.

"I'm happy to say that I lost 11 kg in the last 3 months and am able to sustain it amidst all the functions, festivals, outings, official trips etc.", says Dr. Bharat. HAPPY TO LOSE 20 KG!

"I was overweight since childhood and my dresses were bought based on size instead of my choice!", says Soumya.

Obviously, it affected her self-image in a bad way.

In an attempt to lose weight, she had tried it all - slimming centers, different kinds of diets, gymming, etc. - but it always came back.

"So, when my husband and I wanted to plan for a kid, I didn't want to lose weight the earlier way so that I can have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy child!", she recalls.

Fortunately, I met with my WQ coach who helped me lose some weight and have a healthy pregnancy, a normal delivery and a healthy baby.

But now she wanted to lose the post-pregnancy weight and also the back pain and sciatica pain that she developed during pregnancy.

"This was impacting my work too", says Soumya. "I'd to take 2-3 days of leave from work due to this back pain".

She started to closely work with her coach again and over the next 6 months, lost 20 kg of weight. But more than that, her back pain is history now.

"I've been able to maintain my weight for the last 2 years", says Soumya with a sigh of relief. "If I'd done it the old way, I'd have become overweight again by now".

Now Soumya is on a mission to help and mentor more people on their path of creating health and wellness for themselves!
