If you have dermatitis or dandruff, switch to native cold pressed oils like groundnut, sesame, coconut, mustard

Eliminate non-native, industrial cooking oils like sunflower, rice bran, palm, soy bean, etc.

Eliminate maida and white sugar (brown jaggery, in moderation, is okay since it contains fiber and minerals)
