Started my journey with Modicare since Jan 2021... On this International fitness day ,bottom from my heart I would like to pray for each and everyone's fitness, good health and lead a beautiful life.
I was going on doing research mainly on external supplements which we see in the market. Do we really need to take natural external supplements for our body. My Answer is yes but if we follow these principles;
1. Everyday minimum of 15 to 20 minutes of Physical exercise like Carido, yoga, Jogging etc etc etc.
2. Everyday mininum of 15 min breathing exercise is done.
3. Every day minimum of 10-15 min of meditation to have a peaceful, stress free mind
4. Rich energised fruits and vegetables intake in our food habit. Say good bye to Junk food and drinks.
5. Right good sleep every day on time.
If we pass all these then I would suggest taking the external supplement like Chayanprash, Multi vitamins, Protein powder, Spirulina etc which will help to balance the nutrients and maintain our immunity.
My thought says based on my experience and meeting so many beautiful experienced people:
1. Kids should take right protein powder, Chayanprash exclusively made for kids as their immunity will be under development. Supplement helps to boost it.
2. Adults should take supplements if they follow above 5 aspects It's needed to balance the nutrients and keep immunity in tact.If not followed then it's useless and waste of money.
3. Senior citizens must take right supplements to maintain nutrients and stay fit with high level of immunity as their natural nutrients will be less.
My final conclusion just by taking only supplements without the physical fitness won't serve the purpose. Have a balanced life style with right supplement and stay fit and live long life.
Don't buy anything just for sake of Corona fear. Buy it for your life time if and only if u promise youself that you will keep your fitness to core.
There are lots and lots of people selling products just by creating fear about corona....If your fitness is weak even supplements will not work. Supplements are immunity booster not creater.
Your health your responsibility. Think wise and act. Not just seeing advertisements. Whatever the money spent should really help us and it should not go waste.

Few feedback from the people who started using the products.Personally doing a bit of donation to ashrama by giving modicare products.
Some people say Modicare products (MLM products) are very expensive....I can literally prove it's much less than what we buy outside and quality wise it's international.
Only mindset is need to change and use it rather than criticizing at the back😀😀😀
