Discipline needs guts. Discipline needs consistency. Discipline also needs Persistency .
Lay our own rules but point is to follow it for a better version of ourself👍

We are just 60days away to another year, wow we are going to enter 2023. So how do we see ourselves in the New Year. Right now I am just talking in regard to Health, that's my niche, I have improved it myself and so will only talk about what I have done. Other parameters like Wealth, Relationship, Travel, etc you think for yourself.

Read this recently on a friend's handle, makes sense.
I get labelled at social gatherings, weddings that I eat just healthy stuff. Well I love my body and respect the health i have. I don't want to make medicine my food, but want always be conscious and mindful of what I eat.
I was traveling up north India last week, enjoyed the local food thoroughly, and in my limits, back home now and back on track to what I eat. It's absolutely normal to indulge in high fatty food, but not for long. Anything in limited quantity is good👍
It's a festival season, pls have the right choices of food, add lot of fiber(fruits, steamed veggies) also indulge in festive food for a meal or two but not beyond that, hydrate well with water.

How much effort do we put in making our meal tasty and healthy, not for a post, not for social media but genuinely how it becomes part of our life.
So let me explain my last nites meal.
1. Soup has corn and water of sprouted daal. So that's healthy & nutritious.
2. Green sprouts steamed, added lots of greens(palak,Dil & amaranth) with little potato for binding it into tikki/cutlet and added finely chopped onion, green chillies, some hidden ingredients 🤪😜 with oil brushed on the tikki. So least oil , it was just yummmmm
3. Some sautee veggies like 3 colored bell peppers, cabbage with just salt and pepper.
Feel highly blessed to have people helping in doing the cutting and serving it to us at home. So this meal is eaten by all age brackets at home and loved by everyone.
Point is to make the meal healthy at the same time interesting and tasty😋
