Exactly a month ago after my recovery from I could hardly do a 60 kg leg press and with consistency in my food and workout finally reached the 260 kg benchmark!

Most of us..rather 90% of people I know have celebrated and have eaten their home made sweets had some alcohol in the diwali parties!
I did it too..i ate sweets..i had few beers!
Now all said and done..what next?
Feel guilty?
Look into the mirror by holding your tummy flab and saying oh no..i have put on weight?
Definitely that is not the solution!
The actual solution is to balance out your next few weeks!
Eat clean..eat healthy!
This is what my meal looked like today and I pretty much ate it thrice!
Vegetables saute ,mushroom and 4 egg whites and 1 full egg!
Life is all about balancing and so is your food habit!
Only if your foundation is strong you can keep the building strong!
This applies to body building too!
LEGS are the most difficult to train but at the same time the best to train!
