# # **Day 1 – 7 (Repeat with variations)**

**Early Morning** – Warm water + lemon + 4 soaked almonds **Breakfast** – Vegetable oats / poha / upma + green tea **Mid-Morning Snack** – 1 fruit (apple/orange/papaya) **Lunch** – 2 chapati + dal + sabji + salad **Evening Snack** – Green tea + roasted chana / sprouts **Pre-Dinner** – Clear soup / cucumber-carrot salad **Dinner** – 1–2 chapati + light sabji / paneer bhurji / dal **Before Bed** – Warm turmeric milk (small cup)
