when i was grounded for couple of months from routine mundane IT job And the gadgets at home opened a pandora's box to the world of handmade soap making and skin/hair care products. being an experienced testing professional, TESTING always results in better design and quality. My Confidence augmented by reaching out to people, but still limited only to my close ones. Encouragement and support from friends and family pepped me up to reach out to wider community.
