The first time I stood on stage again…

It wasn’t fear of speaking.
It was the weight of stepping back into it.

For a moment, there was hesitation.
A pause. A question.

But the moment I began…

It stopped being about me.

It became about the room.
The people.
The energy they walked in with.

And that’s when it hit me—

This is not performance.
This is impact.

Today, this is the work.

Helping leaders regulate their internal state
so they don’t just perform under pressure—
they lead through it.

When the Moon is shadowed, the mind is invited inward.

A lunar eclipse occurs when Earth’s shadow falls on the Moon.
Astronomically precise. Symbolically powerful.

In Vedic thought, Chandra represents Manas , the emotional field.
When the Moon is eclipsed, traditions consider it a sensitive period for the mind.

Not dangerous.
Not dramatic.
But psychologically reflective.

This 20-minute window (6:26 PM – 6:46 PM IST) is less about fear and more about awareness.

Instead of superstition, consider this:

- Shadow over the Moon = Shadow over the mind
- Shadow over the mind = Unprocessed emotion surfacing

Eclipses amplify stillness because they are rare alignments.
And rare alignments naturally heighten attention.

If approaching this consciously:

• Slow the nervous system
• Journal what feels unresolved

Perhaps the deeper meaning is this:

Whether observing rituals or simply pausing for reflection, let this be a moment of emotional clarity rather than fear.

Shadow does not mean danger.
