We cannot thank our students enough for their spirited participation in our fourth year celebrations. The journey wouldn't have been as joyous without their support and dedication.
August Yoga conducted yoga sessions at Krupanidhi College, Bangalore, for their undergrad students, teaching them how to do asan, pranayam, and meditation. The young college students learnt the importance of proper exercise, breathing, and relaxation and how to apply yogic techniques in their daily lives. To conduct sessions, call: 9742369684.

What a lovely evening it was today, filled with huge smiles, laughter, good cheer, and happy energy all around.
