Essentially Yogic

The yogic process is much like the story of the hare and the tortoise. Each day makes one more creative, productive and fulfilled and that is Essentially Yogic.

The choice to run the race with life passing by as a blur and to reach the finish line wondering why or what it meant? Or is it to choose the route of the tortoise, which is a journey of awareness, savouring each moment to reach ‘a goal’, evolving along the way. If we look at the yogic process as the way of life – everything begins to change – energy levels, attitudes, responses and outlook.
