Valentine's Love cake
Valentine's day has always been significant to show our love and affection for others and I believe that one way to signify love is to cook for a loved one!
So this valentine's day I thought what would be better than to bake a love cake that too with a touch of roses- the symbol of love!
Let me tell you, the cake was a blast of flavours in our mouth, having a moist texture, just the right amount of sweet that we crave after a good valentine's meal and ofcourse knowing me, healthy.
Not only was it with the goodness of wheat, semolina and almond flours but the pistachios just took it to the next level and ofcourse with the love it was made with!
Can never get enough of this one!

Bundt vanilla chocolate chip cake topped with chocolate ganache
Was craving for guiltfree desert so whipped up this vanilla chocolate chip cake topped with chocolate ganache with goodness of oats and almond flour with Jaggery and whole wheat flour, but before I could click a pic my children got too impatient and started digging into it . But all the effort worth it, craving satisfied 😋

Multigrain kada Prasad
I love going to the gurudwara,the peace and calm I get there is like none another but as a child I still remember that my trip to the gurudwara had only one purpose- it's kada Prasad!
And so today I was craving the same! So I decided to create my own version of it with the goodness of oats, soya gram flour, jowar, raagi, and whole wheat flour with Jaggery which was not only delicious but also brought back those childhood memories.

It's Christmas !!! and seeing the cold and chilly wheather of Bangalore my heart craved something chocolatey, warm and also guilt free. And thus i wipped up these quick nutty wheat brownies that too without any processed sugar. I used jaggary instead! Yes I know jaggery and chocolate don't seem like the best combination but trust me it tasted like heaven. The walnuts and cashews gave it a crunchy texture to die for!
