FROZEN SHOULDER Try these exercises
🔹 Supine Flexion
When you lie on your back and raise your arm overhead, it stretches the stiff shoulder capsule. This helps you regain overhead reach (like lifting things above your head) and gradually reduces tightness.

🔹 Weighted Supine External Rotation
Using light weights while rotating your arm outward strengthens the rotator cuff muscles. This is key for stabilizing the joint and bringing back external rotation (like combing hair or reaching backward).

🔹 Weighted Supine Rotation
This improves rotational strength and stability of the shoulder joint. It trains the muscles to work smoothly, so daily movements like twisting or reaching sideways become easier.

🔹 Weighted Pendulum Swing
Gentle swinging of the arm with a small weight helps decompress the joint, increase blood circulation, and promote healing. It’s also great for pain relief in early stages of frozen shoulder.
