al wellness. Creating an awareness within the corporate professionals with an aim to beat down their stress levels. Stress is one of The root causes of the silent killer lifestyle disease: ‘Diabetes’ and Cancer. Building strong communication skills and excellent customer service with an interest to research, took me to a corporate job of Coordinating the International Business for Fortis Healthcare. The assignment had its benefits of working in a corporate and professional atmosphere, understanding the medical side of the health problems. But along with it came the long sitting hours and high usage of the upper body leading to a severe lower backache, with a herniated disc. The imbalance in the walk brought about a consistent knee pain. Year 2015, 1st January was when the need to relieve the consistent pain, destiny took me to Chiangmai, Thailand to study the Ancient Nuad Bo Rarn therapies. Highly skilled in a variety of massage therapy techniques, I am committed to the long-term health of my clients as well as short-term relief from physical pain, mental depression, body image problems, anxiety and poor self-esteem.

# Providing clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening overall relaxation and how to improve posture. My interpersonal style is warm and rather informal. It can be applied with tact specially while teaching. I often work well with adolescents and young adult women because they see me as accessible. What does that mean? While I do not believe in people lying down quietly on the therapy table or chair. I encourage them to use the relationship we build with each other as a practice ground for experimenting with change. This means that while we explore the many facets of your current life struggles, we also pay attention to hear and develop customized therapies. Executing different exercises, stretches and pressure therapy treatments, reviewing progress with the patient towards established wellness goals. Delivering a holistic health.
